Your role in our mission

The Technical Web Analyst will be responsible for developing, communicating, and executing the marketing data analytics strategy within Salarise. This will help provide insight into business performance as well as help the business run operationally. You will work closely with the Operations team and the Marketing team to help improve and build out the business reporting suite.

You will be owning the data systems for collecting, storing, and analyzing data. We are entering a phase of exponential growth and need to scale the tools, data lakes, and pipelines to enable data-driven product development and decision-making at Salarise.

Day to day you will engage with the business to understand how they want to use the data, provide effective data analysis and ensure they utilize the reports to their full potential.

Job requirements

What you'll need

  • You are passionate about technology and social impact and want to help grow a business that delivers a meaningful difference to society's language into business language.

  • Experience in using Google Analytics

  • You are capable of presenting complex technical details, concepts, and information in an easy-to-understand format.

  • You have a real enthusiasm to work in a fast-growth startup - you will thrive if you are a self-motivated, fast-paced, action-oriented, “roll your sleeves up and get-things-done” sort of person who wants to work in a small team where everyone makes a difference.

  • You're familiar with tools like Mixpanel, Power BI, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, or similar

  • Experience in delivering analytical solutions for complex product tasks (behavioral segmentation, UX measurement, establishing metric pyramids, etc.)

  • Expertise in statistical methods, experimental design, and using quantitative analysis to impact key decisions.

  • You have an analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a Web/Data Analytics function

  • You have experience in stakeholder management, and translating technical language into business language

  • Nice to have: experience writing SQL queries and also with Python/R and working with large data sets
